Launching the Rock Shop’s Digital Era

On a lean team of three, I helped launch Hard Rock’s first-ever Rock Shop e-commerce platform — transforming what had always been an in-store–only, brick-and-mortar experience into a global, digital storefront for one of the world’s most passionate collector communities. Our small but mighty team moved fast, made bold decisions, and quickly unlocked major revenue wins by giving fans online access to the nostalgia they crave: limited-edition pins, global location tees, and iconic Hard Rock memorabilia.

As the sole creative on the team, I shaped nearly every touchpoint of the brand’s online presence. I wrote SEO-optimized product descriptions, designed emails, shot product photography, and even produced full campaign photoshoots for new product lines — including the launch of Hard Rock’s first-ever Guitar Hotel. The role required equal parts creativity, resourcefulness, and strategic thinking, partnering closely with our logistics and e-commerce leads to spotlight top sellers, build momentum around emerging categories, and grow an online ecosystem fans genuinely wanted to shop.

It was a rare opportunity to help define a legacy brand’s digital future from the ground up — and to do it with the creative freedom to make the Rock Shop feel electric, collectible, and unmistakably Hard Rock.
